If you want male party dancers in New York for a Montauk birthday rental, book a private male revue with a closed headcount and a door that actually lights up after dark.

This is a house night at the end of the island, not a club you wander into after seafood. The living room is the venue. The list is the problem.

This is male strippers for a birthday group. Friends. Not a bride-default template unless it is also a bachelorette. Say which. Indoor room. No deck set. No growing list at 10 p.m. I’ve been to thousands of house nights. Birthday energy is its own thing. Tell us that.

Birthday, not a copy of a bachelorette

Tell us it’s a birthday. The energy may be smaller, older, or less costume-heavy than a bride weekend. We match what you describe. If the birthday person wants funny and short, say so. If they want a full revue look, police, firefighter, clean black, say that. Don’t let the group chat pick a theme the birthday person will hate in their own cedar living room.

Cake and gifts belong before or after, not in the performance patch. Move the table once. Path to the bathroom. Wet beach bags leave the floor.

Still the last stop

The LIRR, the Jitney, Friday cars. They all bunch. Put a door time and a set time in numbers. Dinner in the village first or after. Not through the middle of the hour you booked. Two houses split across a driveway? Pick one address. Don’t walk a performer between rentals.

One person at the door. House names hide. Gate codes fail. Porch light on. Cell that answers. Parking fills. Note on the invite who uses the drive. Talent shouldn’t be reading hedges for a number that faces the other way.

Street parking in the village is restaurant overflow on summer nights. Don’t tell guests to find a meter at peak. A plan two blocks away and a walking note beats a row of hazards along a curb a shop already hates.

Headcount in a beach house

Sleeps fourteen is mattresses. Standing room is a horseshoe around a coffee table you already moved. Ten is a party. Eighteen is an argument you won’t win. Plus-ones after the list is set are a no. The birthday person doesn’t need a stranger on the couch.

Roommates who aren’t in the party: out, or a closed room that isn’t the only hall. A 5 a.m. fishing charter on the other side of a door is information. Send it.

A birthday group in Montauk often includes people who didn’t rent the house. They drive in for the night. That’s fine if they’re on the list and they leave without turning the driveway into a second party. It isn’t fine if they arrive late with extra friends and a speaker of their own.

Neighbors, decks, the walk

Decks throw sound. Keep the revue inside. Windows on the neighbor side shut. When the set is over, the speaker comes down. Talk is fine. Two more hours of the same box is how a tolerated set becomes a knock.

If the house is on the ocean side, wind makes every laugh louder. Inside is still the room. Bay side, same rule. Water doesn’t hide a speaker. It carries it.

Photos in the living room, not on the sand in matching shirts. Leave in small groups, covered. Trash bagged before Sunday checkout. East End owners talk.

Birthday groups also forget checkout. If Sunday is a noon lockbox, Saturday night can’t run until the last person is tired. Write an end time next to the set time. The revue is the peak, not the thing that happens between cake and a 4 a.m. argument about who has the code.

Book the house, then the hour

Summer weekends in Montauk stack. Call when the rental is locked, not from the Jitney on Friday. Send Montauk, not “the Hamptons.” Start window. Headcount. House versus share. That it’s a birthday.

Lock the indoor room. Then call (929) 235-8788 with who’s at the door. I’ve been booking this since 1989. Call when the list is closed.
